Improving the US men's national soccer team starts with investing in youth development, focusing on nurturing homegrown talents from a young age. There's a need for an overhaul in the coaching system, bringing in experienced coaches who can foster strategic gameplay. They also need to adopt a consistent style of play, one that can be implemented across all levels of the sport in the country. Importantly, the team needs to learn from past mistakes and focus on building a solid team dynamic. Lastly, the US Soccer Federation needs to provide the necessary infrastructure and financial support for the team to thrive.
